Strategic Positioning for the UF/IFAS Indian River Research and Education Center
The University of Florida/Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences' (UF/IFAS) Indian River Research and Education Center (IRREC) in Fort Pierce is undertaking a transformational re-envisioning process to map out our future.
Since 1947, IRREC faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders have continued an unwavering commitment to the community they serve. That commitment is to provide cutting-edge research, teaching, Extension, and outreach efforts to address the regional and state needs of the agricultural and natural resources communities.
Due to increasing development, along with challenges faced by the agricultural industry and the region’s natural resources, there is a tremendous opportunity to plan a future in our efforts to address current and emerging agricultural, environmental, economic, and societal issues. The information you share will be compiled into a confidential summary for our planning team. Your insights will help us identify trends, potential partnerships, and areas of improvement.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey!
Sincerely,
Dr. Mark Kistler, Professor and Director for UF/IFAS IRREC
