Faculty Leader
Led by a single faculty member - Dr. Alan Wright - the UF/IFAS Indian River Research and Education Center (IRREC) Wright Soil and Water Science Laboratory is host to two staff members, visiting scientists, graduate students, and visiting scholars.
Dr. Wright's expertise is with crop production and wetlands conservation as it relates to soil and water quality.
His extension and public outreach activities include efforts to educate growers and the public about agricultural stewardship and environmental conservation.
